Why This Matters
Your entire claims file (C-file) is in VBMS. VSOs can access it, and you can request copies. Understanding what's in your file helps you identify missing evidence or VA errors.
Example
Your VSO logs into VBMS and finds that your nexus letter was uploaded but never reviewed by the rater. This explains why your claim was denied despite having the evidence.
