Why This Matters
Your VA rating unlocks more than just a monthly check. Depending on your rating percentage, you may qualify for VA healthcare, CHAMPVA for dependents, vocational rehabilitation, property tax exemptions, and other state/federal benefits.
Example
A veteran rated 30% or higher qualifies for VA healthcare priority group 1. At 100% P&T, dependents get CHAMPVA healthcare coverage and many states offer property tax exemptions.
